Cancellation Policy

At Platinum Athletics, we’re committed to providing quality instruction and respectful scheduling for both our clients and staff. Please take note of our cancellation policy:

• Advance Notice: All lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
   

• Late Cancellations: Any lesson canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
   

• Rescheduling: While we cannot guarantee availability, we will make every effort to reschedule your lesson if your instructor has open time. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations.
